Robert J. Boehlke has been a director of Tessera Technologies, Inc. since 2004. He has been a member of the audit committee since 2006. He has previously served as a member of the board of directors of the following companies: MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc., a manufacturer of silicon wafers; Entegris Inc., a manufacturer of semiconductor materials; LTX, a semiconductor test company, Dupont Photomasks, Inc., a maker of reticles and photomasks for the semiconductor industry; QuickLogic Corp.; and Semi-Semitech, an industry consortium.
During his 17 year tenure with KLA-Tencor Corporation, Boehlke held a variety of management positions including: chief operating officer, executive vice president and chief financial officer, prior to his retirement in 2000. While he was with KLA-Tencor, revenue grew from $17 million in 1983 to $1.5 billion in 2000. Prior to joining KLA-Tencor, Boehlke was an investment banking partner at Kidder, Peabody & Company, Inc. He received his MBA with distinction from Harvard University and earned his BS in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. |
