Boehlke currently serves on the board of directors for MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. Previously, he served on the board of directors of LTX, Entegris Inc., QuickLogic Corp., DuPont Photomasks, Inc. and Semi-Sematech. During his 17-year tenure with KLA-Tencor Corporation, Boehlke held a variety of management positions including, chief operating officer, executive vice president and chief financial officer, prior to his retirement in 2000. While he was with KLA-Tencor, revenue grew from $17 million in1983 to $1.5 billion in 2000. Prior to joining KLA-Tencor, Boehlke was an investment banking partner at Kidder, Peabody & Company, Inc. He received his master's degree in business administration from Harvard University and earned his bachelor's degree in science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
