Boehlke currently serves as chairman of Tessera’s board of directors. He is also on the board of directors of LTX, Entegris Inc., QuickLogic Corp., DuPont Photomasks, Inc. and Semi-Sematech. During his 17-year tenure with KLA-Tencor Corporation, Boehlke held a variety of management positions including, chief operating officer, executive vice president and chief financial officer, prior to his retirement in 2000. While he was with KLA-Tencor, revenue grew from $17 million in1983 to $1.5 billion in 2000. Prior to joining KLA-Tencor, Boehlke was an investment banking partner at Kidder, Peabody & Company, Inc. He received his master's degree in business administration from Harvard University and earned his bachelor's degree in science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
