Brathwaite is currently a partner with Bigwood Capital and acting CEO of Aptina. He retired from his role as chief technology officer at Flextronics, where he helped transition the company from a $200 million contract manufacturer to a $30 billion global industry leader in electronics design and manufacturing services. While at Flextronics, Brathwaite led the development of several products and envisioned, founded and developed several successful businesses. These include Flextronics’ Cell Phone ODM, Camera Module and Power Supply business units. He also founded and managed Flextronics Design Services and Product Introduction Centers. Prior to Flextronics, Brathwaite was the vice president and general manager of operations at nChip. As an nChip co-founder, he was initially responsible for leading the development of nChip’s industry leading advanced multi-chip module assembly processes before taking on the role of vice president of operations. Brathwaite also spent six years with Intel Corporation in various engineering and management positions in technology development and manufacturing.
