Diffractive Optical Elements |
Diffractive optical elements (DOE’s) transform a laser beam into distinct patterns. DOE’s are binary or multi-phase level optics that include complex patterning and features, and can be fabricated on one or both sides of a wafer.
DigitalOptics™ DOE’s provide highly precise, customized patterns for a broad spectrum of applications including aviation, automotive and security systems. They are the ideal solution for narrow spectrum optical systems such as barcode frame generators, optical diffusers for biomedical applications and off-axis illumination elements for lithography solutions.
Tessera’s design process for our DOE’s provides tight control of tolerances and alignment, and our high-volume manufacturing experience and world-class quality systems ensure these attributes are supplied part-to-part, lot-to-lot and year-to-year. |
