Tessera uses the latest semiconductor manufacturing techniques, such as photolithography, to develop its DigitalOptics™ micro-optic lenses, which include diffractive optical elements, refractive optical elements and integrated micro-optical subassemblies. These small form factor optics are developed and delivered on a variety of substrates, on one or both surfaces of a wafer and in multi-wafer forms.
With our innovative production techniques, we reduce labor-intensive manual assembly by replacing serial manual production with automated parallel processes. In addition, our manufacturing technique is material agnostic, which enables it to be applied to a variety of wafer substrates and drive a wider range of potential applications for our customers. |
