Chip Stack Applications
This technology offers our licensees a production alternative that supports a broad range of applications requiring increased function density including cell phones, PDAs, laptop computers. The µZ Chip Stack allows designers or assemblers greater flexibility to stack various chip technologies into small, high performance functional blocks. Flash memory combined with SRAM, multiple Flash memories for increased density, or memory with DSP or ASIC chips to create SiP are all options with this technology.
